Grand Love

My Mother-In-Law hasn't been feeling well for months now and has not gotten out of the house much, even before little Joshua was born. So we go to visit them when both boys are decently content at the same time!

Jeremiah followed up on his usual routine and wandered upstairs to play with my niece's old toys - Barbies! HAHA! Actually, he doesn't play with the dolls, just plays with all the food and furniture items. Arranging them in the fridge, on the table, around the big Barbie house... My niece is almost 20 so she's not using it lately.

I decided that I wasn't going to wait for the Grandparents to look their best, time was wasting and the kids were not staying young like I hoped. I couldn't round up Jeremiah for this brief photo shoot but I did snag some Grand love on the new little guy!

Here is Papaw enjoying the latest Fowler Boy:

I treasure this because my Father-In-Law was an only child and his only male cousin didn't have any children to pass on the Fowler name. So my Dear Hubby was the last male to carry on the family name until Jeremiah and now Joshua! I'm glad we're able to start spreading out the name a little more again!

And this next one I treasure because I am reminded that these two are 80 years, 1 week and 1 day apart in age. Wow, huh? Hubby was born later in her life and Joshua was born later in his (he'll get me for saying that! ha!) and so the gap just increased greatly pretty easily! I was secretly hoping he'd be born on her B-day - wouldn't that be the coolest?

And I LOVE this image of her hand with his, it just speaks so much to me...
