You know what this means...

 It's almost time to make Banana muffins!

 It's a fun treat around here and amazingly, my pickiest eater LOVES this recipe! One day I made a batch and left him home with Daddy to run some errands. By the time I got home, he'd eaten half of them. Yeah, he likes them that much. I like this recipe because it's easy and the ingredients are things I usually already have on hand. Not those recipes with buttermilk - what else do you use buttermilk for? I only used it for the random banana muffin recipe then had to toss the rest of it. Boo!
