I actually took this shot a long time ago... like the night the ice storm hit... late January...


We switched our Satelite stuff and now we get the Food Network and I really don't know what other channels we have! lol I saw Rachel Ray fix this and it looked so yummy and easy so I tried it. We had no power but I have a gas stove so I prepared and we ate this by candlelight. (I don't recommend doing it this way!) I had a hard time seeing the food while it was cooking but boy it was yummy when it was done. Definitely making this again! I also decided to take a picture of it. Not really sure why but since I've been posting food items lately, I'll post it too!

I can't post without a new picture of at least one of my children or else my mom calls to complain...

I just love my kids' eyes. Where do they get such beautiful eyes? Jeremiah's are slowly turning greenish. They still have some blue and also skips of brown. I just love them!
