Baby, It's Cold Outside...

Teeny, Tiny flakes on my deck...

It can keep snowing as long as I don't have to get out in it except to shoot images of snowflakes. It still amazes me the detail each itty bitty flake has. And it amazes me that I can capture it with my camera! Wow.

Joshua has (finally) taken off with talking. I guess the switch finally flipped! He's really so very cute counting to 12. It's even cuter that he always starts with #4.

Yes, I actually do bounce my flash backwards and split the difference between the wall and ceiling. Before, I was aiming it straight up, and getting those pinlights - yuck! Just read a tutorial about the 45 degree backwards thing, and wow, what a difference. Thanks so much for sharing the link. I can use all the flash tips I can get. I will definitely check out that site.
